I upgraded to the latest version last night and haven't been able to open usermgr.php to add/edit users ever since.

What happens it, I click on "users" the page loads for minutes to no end, then it stops at a blank page and the whole gallery doesn't load at all for anyone for about fifteen minutes. Then everything is back to normal. I thought it could be a mysql/database error but the forums on the same server worked fine while the gallery was down.

Any ideas what could be the problem or how to fix it?

Just for the record, I have another copy of coppermine on the same server and that one works perfectly. I don't know if it changes anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
