Helping Removing Stuff

Hi, I installed this gallery a couple days ago and overall I can say this is one of the best I've seen. But, the kind of gallery I was looking for was a simple gallery with lots of admin powers, which is why I want to get rid of and/or limit a few things.
I think I can take care of the rest, but I can't remove "latest additions and random pictures" without messing something up. Can someone tell which file to look in to remove this/limit the amount that is shown? Any help is appreciated.
