Mysql problems ..

On my 2 gallery i'm having problems since today .. suddenly this error ..

mySQL error: Can't open file: 'cpg11d_favpics.ibd' (errno: 1)


When i go to PhpMyadmin and click on that table :

SQL-query:

SHOW KEYS FROM `cpg11d_favpics` ;


MySQL retourneerde: 

#1016 - Can't open file: 'cpg11d_favpics.ibd' (errno: 1)


SQL-query:

SHOW KEYS FROM `cpg11d_hit_stats` ;

What can i do to fix this ??
