Request: Add additional 'Insert Selected Files' at the top of 'Batch Add Files'

Hi all,

I use Coppermine quite a lot and love the program, great work devs!
Anyways, i usually batch add 50+ files into my albums. And each time i do so i'm annoyed that there isn't an 'Insert Selected Files' button at the top of the page. Because when the thumbnails load (so you can see which files are to be added in the batch) the button for 'Insert Selected Files' at the bottom of the page keeps moving. It moves because it's loading the thumbnails thereby extending and pushing the bottom of the page downwards. I usually dont want to wait for all the thumbnails to load and just want to hit 'Insert Selected Files', but every time i have to click many times in order to hit the button correctly (because it's moving the whole time).

I would therefore appreciate a similiar button at the top of the page which is stationary.
