Got problem with UPLOAD

Hi! Firstly,scuse me for my english i'm french(From Quebec not france )

I have only 73 pictures and ,when me or a user, want to upload some picture it said "Nom de fichier / URL Message d'erreur
1. abc.jpg Le poids excède celui permis par Coppermine.

English: File Name / Msg Error URL abc.jpg. Excess pound "license" by Coppermine

Can you help me?

I want upload other picture!(I Have like 5gig stockage with my website so..)
