Cannot create preview image

Hi.

I have use Coppermine long time ago and no problem I found. But now I facing a problem. I cannot upload the image file.
From my investigation, the problem is : Coppermine cannot create the preview image file.
Below is the problem message :

Why this problem happen after I use Coppermine for a long time?
