User Upload. How do I approve it?

I have searched for this, and found some threads that talks about allowing the album for Uploads by users, set persmissions, etc etc.
I did all that from the start, and now a user uploaded a pic to my gallery, and received an email stating that, BUT, I cant seem to find where I go and approve the new upload.
How do I approve the user's upload to the gallery? Is there a special place somewhere I have to go to make this happen?
Sorry for the newbie question, but I cant seem to find an answer for this one.

if a picture is waiting for approval a link will appeare in the admin menu

I went thru the documentation manual, and I see the button saying Admin Approval, but I dont see that in my gallery when I login as Admin, YET, I got an email stating new image waiting approval.
Can I check manually if the pic was uploaded? Which folder would it go into?

This is what I got:

Subject: New Picture Uploaded
Message: A new content item has been submitted by rrmmiss titled river view.

And I have 2 of em, well with 2 different picture names.
