i tried everything but i couldnt figure out by myself 

so this:
User galleries
This category contains albums that belong to Coppermine users.

showed up on my gallery and i wanna take it off, delete!! and i wanna know what can i do to dont let users upload pics to my gallery!

then go to your groups control panel and disallow your users to have a personal gallery. Delete the existing ones that your users created while you had the option switched on and you should be fine, the "user gallery" section then won't show up. Please read the docs. Moving accordingly.

P.S. Better fix your keyboard - the "E" and "S" keys appear to be stuck.
