No html-izing in mail subject, please.

As to the usefulness of locking the bugs report thread, I dunno; but anyway, I found a problem with the e-card mail subject, analogous to this post:

Except, in my case, I got a ' in the subject header. I temporarily fixed it, by editing mailer.inc.php, and adding  this line, right before a mail is sent:

$subject = str_replace ("'", "'", $subject);

Along with the original poster, I'd rather see CPG not do "html-izing" substitutions of that kind in the subject header. In fact, getting to the point of my post, I would not mind seeing a new config field, for the next version, that says which subject line to prefix to messages, rather than the board name directly.
