URLs in comments

I am running 1.3 and I am sure I used to be able to post a url link in comments, however, if I do it now it converts to (...) instead. Any idea why this is happening please?

there was a hack around... by default there was no bbcode parsing in cpg 1.3 comments
you'll have to reapply it
