Edit: I reinstalled the whole thing and did not install stamm's mod and it works now.

They are all 777. When clicking for details I get the PB icon. When checking the directory normal and thumbnail images have been created.

It used to work just fine until today. The forum is bridged with SMF and I use Stamm's mod.
There is no problem with local or URI upload, only batch upload.
