Unable to see albums under "Album list "

Hi,

Im a new member.

My problem is that I have just installed coppermine but I cant see albums under"Album list" either in adminmode  or user mode.

Further Im able to upload images only in "Admin mode" not in "user mode" .

stay in admin mode all the time. User mode just toggles the admin controls off and is meant to be used only during theme-design. Post a link to your site.

Im in admin mode but I still cant see any anything when I click on "Album list" or "My Gallery " !!
