Template error

For some reason I get this error, all images are uploaded so it should work, dont get this I would so appreciate it if someone helped!
And as far as I know is it the newest coppermine and the newest template as well.

You'll have to upgrade the theme you're using. All's working smooth with the classic theme

most recent coppermine version is cpg1.4.5, while you're using cpg1.4.4. - upgrading is strongly recommended. Don't post stuff like "most recent", as this doesn't say anything, especially if someone is going to read this thread in a year or two...
Your custom theme appears to be based on hardwired. I recommend naming it differently to avoid issues when updating. Do as Stramm suggested and upgrade your custom theme.
