Troble with Microsoft Picture It!

I have downloaded the zip, but when I click on install I get this

File C:\DOCUME~1\Mickey\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$DI26.734\install.php can not be opened.

I click on other things, but it's the same thing. Can anyone help?

Coppermine is not a desktop application, you're probably looking for another type of software.
