Please help, I am trying to create a new album and I get this error message when I press "save modifications"

Internal PHP Processing Error (#99911 - q:16) in /usr/home/user/public_html/gallery/delete.php. Please contact support and include this message.

the support you're suppossed to contact is not the coppermine support, but the support staff of your webhost. This is not a coppermine error message, but one from PHP.

I've got a same problem: Internal PHP Processing Error (#99911). Please contact support.

I contact my page support, they've done nothing... :(

EvoniC, can you tell me what did you do to save modifications::)

Thanks, Samo...

We have no idea what is wrong, we can not help you with this. Repeating the question is pointless. We simply can't help.

Try Google.  The results I got after a Google search point at anti-spam measures installed on the server.  Tell your host.
Do not send me a private message unless I ask for one.  Make your post public so everyone can benefit.

There are no stupid questions
But there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots

Thank you kegobeer, your post was helpful.

I was hoping someone would know something about this PHP error. Someone who had problems with #99911 before...

GauGau, I sincerly apologize if I offend you with my question. It was not meant as copy-paste of EvoniC message, therefore it was not meant to angry you. I konw that you have vast knowledge of web maintenance, and that you can't help me. :-[

Sorry again.

Problem solved. It was spam protection on host server...
They (web page support) whitelisted the script and the page is working fine. ;D
