where are the directories for uploads? thumb creation for video

Hi, new to coppermine and find it to be the best!  I am using to add video files to it, but i can't seem to find the directory where they are uploaded to or how i can create some thumbnails for them.  Will i have to create all the thumbs separately for each movie and upoad them all individualy?

I have around 250 movies i want to upload, i want them to have thumbnails, is there a way to automatically create the thumbs on the fly?

You need to create custom thumbnails following the instructions in the docs.
