Because of the better styles en theme output for my website I'm using already for a long time Maintenance release: cpg1.3.5. Is Maintenance release: cpg1.3.5 a save release and can I keep using it?

you should upgrade to cpg1.4.5 - the imei traversal bug might apply to you as well.
