Uploading Error

I don't know if this is where this post belongs but it is very important that animal rescue groups and shelters can have access to upload there adoptable pets. They can't even  upload 4 photos? Some of these photo's are thumb size and I went to change the space quota to 5000 and it didn't work. Please help, shelters and rescues are frustrated and they have homeless pets that need homes that need promotion. Please help us configure this error.


The picture that my regular user is trying to upload is 228 by 154kb and they receive this error message.


"You have a space quota of 1024K, your files currently use 1004K, adding this file would make you exceed your quota."

Edit the quota in Groups Manager.
