I would like to be able to set a monthly bandwidth quota per-group.

The addon seems like it would be easy to make, calculate image views x image size relevant to the images viewed.

Image#1 High-Res Viewed: 1 Med-Res Viewed: 2 Low-Res: Viewed 5
Image #1 BW = (HR_Size x HR_View) + (MR_View * MR_Size) + (LR_View * LR_Size)

Seems easily doable for someone who knows how coppermine works properly...

This would allow us to set the Disk Space Usage, and also BW Usage, so we could really monitor our users. I do NOT want to disable hotlinking as that is a major reason ppl would use the site.

Anyone going to reply??

This is a needed option

this is the "feature requests" board. You can request stuff here that people might respond to if they know a simple solution for or need the mod as well. Most requests aren't being answered. This is not the board "hire a free coder who will code add-ons for you".
The thing you request is quite complicated, since it would mean database modifications and a lot of work on different work. I don't think a big number of users would find this option usefull.
If you need the option I guess you'll have to code it by yourself.

Thanks just wanting your reply I guess you don't think people will use it.

Thanks do you know anyone who codes good coppermine addons as I`m sure not everyone can just pickup and make this addon without extensive knowledge of the coppermine system..

Thanks

make an offer: tell people on your posting how much money you are ready to spend if someone codes this for you...
I guess most people with in-depth coppermine knowledge can be found on this board occasionally.
