Problem: New Album

first: Sorry about my english ;-)

I want wo move old Albums in a new Category is that possible.

Exemple:

I make a new cat. and want to move Albums into that new cat... How can I do that - is it possible ?

Yes, you can, EXCEPT albums in the 'Users Galleries'.

In admin mode, click on 'Properties', next to the album thumbnail.
Now click on the drop-down box which says 'category', and simply select the new one you want the album in.  Now click on update album, and thats it.
