Can't view my own gallery

I'm not sure if this is by design, but as the [sole] admin, I cannot view my own gallery...let me explain:

If I'm logged in as my 'test user' (still not quite ready to go totally 'live'), I can access this user's gallery by clicking on the "My Gallery" link in the main menu. However, if I'm logged in as the admin and click on the same link, I get a blank page...but the navigation links to the my gallery do appear at the top of the page.

No, wait...I think I just figured it out. When I uploaded my current photos, they were put into a category; is this why I get the blank page? Shouldn't I still be able to view my gallery if I click on the "My Gallery" link in the main menu? Is there a way for me to move my uploaded photos into the User's Gallery category? Or, in order to do that will I have to upload my pics all over again?
