Did you copy the database to the new host as well?

Please read this FAQ entry carefully: http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/faq.htm#moveGallery

Update include/config.inc.php with your new db info.

Supporters are much more willing to look into your issues in detail if you resolve the threads you started. Your never resolved http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=31740.0 ...

Not to mention: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=31785.0

You started 3 threads for the same question.  Yes, one of them is on the 1.3 board, so that can be excused if you now want to do an upgrade.  But it is recommended that you do the move first, make sure things are working the same at the new host, then do the upgrade to the current version (now 1.4.7).

Did you read the FAQ entry?

Please do *not* send unsolicited private messages to supporters.  I (and others) will help you on this public board, *not* by private message.

i did, but not help me enough.. but i download phpmyadmin but i have no ideas whats going on Phpmyadmin.. i dont know how to do it..hmm..

Paver

That sounds like your problem.  You need to copy your Coppermine database tables from your old host to your new host.  To do so, you need to export the tables from the old host, then import them onto the new host.  phpMyAdmin is usually the easiest way to do this.

If you don't know how to use phpMyAdmin yet, you probably haven't exported your tables yet.  Take a look at the link on the FAQ entry to backing up your database (here's the direct link).

If phpMyAdmin is too complicated for you, you might want to take a look at mySqlDumper. If you can't manage to come up with a dump and restore of your db, you should ask your webhot(s) for support.
