DNS Error during upload

I have searched the previous upload Error Posts and looked for DNS error  but have not found anything relavent.

When I choose upload picture and the form comes up I select a gallery choose a local picture and then hit the button to upload The next screen I get is a DNS error server not found.  It comes up real quick like it is not reall going out and looking for it.  Then in the address bar it shows http://www.playlikeagirlsports.com/icecats/db_input.php.  If hit refresh then I get an error that script called without required parameters

Hi,

i just uploaded a pic as a test.  I also got the DNS, but when I hit refresh, the pic was there, uploaded, and no error shown, so I tried again with a smaller ic, which uploaded no problem.

Don't know the cause.  I could not delete the pics myself.

tested this - I was able to upload perfectly well, so this should not be a problem over the internet.
My guess: you're accessing it on your local network (or even on the same pc), and you haven't configured DNS properly for your LAN...
