Number of Thumbnails

I have searched the forums to no avail..

How can I increase the number of thumbnails in the categories.. As of right now when I go to a photo album it shows 12 pics you can click on to view larger.. How can I increase that? I'd like to show about 24 picture thumbnails that you can click on to view the next size up where the slideshow is listed..

The thumbnails you are referring to are actually for the albums, not the categories.  Yes, the categories can have thumbnails as well, but those are all listed - there's no setting for limiting the number of categories (at the same level) shown.  You can set the number of levels of categories to show on the config panel.

Look under "Album list view" on the config panel, and set the number of albums to display and the number of columns to use.

Please stick to one issue per thread.  That's the rule on this forum.  Before you split your second question into a new thread, please search the board again; I'm fairly certain the themes board has posts regarding removing the slideshow function.
