All the themes contributed by users on the theme contributions board are added to the demo and the downloads page.

Well, all themes that are checked over for obvious mistakes.

We pretty much are aware of the ones users submitted here. There are possibly other repositories elsewhere but we're not aware of them. You should use a search engine to search for them.
