Admin can not post pics

We have successfully installed CPG on our domain vffscoot.co.uk and have successfully uploaded a number of albums all which have pics in them. We have even other members who have uploaded pics to their own albums. But we now have a problem the other members can still post but the admin can not. In the admin control panel in the User manager Space Quota for admin is set to 0 how do we allocate more space to the admin user? Sorry if we are being stupid and it is something really simple.
