XP Upload Problems - Please Help

I have looked at my CHMOD permissions via FTP and set them to 777 and all subdirectories.  I can't seem to upload via XP.  It will create the album, but no pictures will get uploaded.

Quick Update - I was able to successfully upload via FTP thru my web browser.  It must be something with the XP Web Publisher?  I also can't seem to turn logging on.  When I try to view the log for errors from the Config / Logging screen - it says:

No logs created.
