batch add acting funny

When I go to add files, this is what is displayed:

and I will select the album, and then add the pictures, and will get this "error":

- It still adds pictures to the gallery, but I don't know why it is doing this. Any ideas? (and yes I chmod to 777)

You appear to be running cpg1.4.x, so it's not a bright idea to start a thread on a board dedicated for cpg1.3.x.
Moving accordingly. Do as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs.
