Change the Language: Doesn't works. Always stays same!

Hello guyz!

i've tried to change the language of my gallery via the admin panel.
but it's stucked in'Greek'. when i change it to English GB or English and then press done... i get a message that it has been changed, but all words are still in Greek (my native language) and NOT in english how can i fix this? thankies!
