Turn of notices in Coppermine's config (at the very bottom of the page). You shouldn't have turned it on in the first place if you don't know what the option does.

Also, it's mandatory that you upgrade, preferably to the most recent stable release (currently cpg1.4.8), but at least to the most recent release of the cpg1.3.x series (which is cpg1.3.5).

If you have issues with logging in, you should provide a non-admin test user account. If you expect support, it would help if we could read the error message that is shown. When I click the top left album thumbnail, I'm being sent to http://pic.aarontw.com/thumbnails.php?album=39 with the error message
Quote所選擇的 相簿/圖片 不存在 !
As I don't speak chinese, it would help if the error message was available in English as well (by going to http://pic.aarontw.com/thumbnails.php?album=39&lang=english). However (although the english language file exists), the error message is still in Chinese, so I guess you modified the Coppermine source code to accomplish this.
As we can't tell what you actually did to move your gallery and we can't tell what code changes you applied, it's hard to come up with a suggestion except my initial advice to update.

New server has PHP5 without long arrays enabled. Updating to 1.4 will fix your issues.
