Dont Want Albums Just Categories on Front Page

HELP! ^^ I've gone through quite a many posts and haven't found this. If I missed it I'm sorry.

Turn Config => Album list view => Show first level album thumbnails in categories to 'No'

Now how do I get nothing but the Categories? O_O. Its still showing the Albums.
