Need help with look and feel of my personal coppermine $20

I'm just a dude with a coppermine and I have no idea what i'm doing.  I set my coppermine up with some default theme and now it's getting very busy looking as I keep adding more and more photo albums to the page.  I'm not very good at organization and stuff so I'm looking for help to organize it and make it look pretty.  I will pay $20.
