Picture not uploaded.

I uploaded a picture but then it says "the previous file could not be placed.  all files succesfully were placed."  and I checked and the file wasn't uploaded.  I'm confused.

Please try to solve the issue yourself before posting. Apparently you haven't even searched the board or you would have at least found the upload support section and know what information to post.
