Hello...

Is there a mod to log and / or send the IP address of newly registered users along with the notification e-mails with their username?

Please help!

No, there's no such mod available. Check your server logs to find out about such details instead. With most users having IP addresses assigned dynamically by their ISP, it makes little sense anyway.
