Password on Album Not Working

Everything seems to be working fine except one feature.  If I create a regular user account (non-admin)  and then go in and create an album.  I modify the album to require a password.

I then go in as a different user and I don't need a password to see the other user gallery folder?

In other words,  password on albums aren't doing anything?

Make sure you clear your cookies when testing auth issues. Otherwise give us a link and test account.
