Starting Off

Hi all

have downloaded the coppermine PG and wish to know the first steps of getting it working.

i assume you have to :

1) upload the extracted files to the root of my web hosting server
2) not sure what to do from here.

please could you give me a hand with what to do after that.

Hi George,

If you look in the 'docs' folder, within the coppermine directory you extracted, the readme has full upload instructions.

When I did it, I was a php virgin as well, but found it easy. :wink:

Read the faq as well, as most questions are answered there.
