Fatal Error

I have just upgraded from 1.3.5 manually.  I replaced the files, retained the albms directory and the config file.  I ran update.php but when I tried to access the gallery, A simple Fatal Error came back.  I added a new user and pass to the Db but the error persists.  I can't enable debug mode because the error is everywhere.

What do you recommend?

You need to make sure all files get replaced with the new version. http://chadmmurray.org/gallery/sql/update.sql is from 1.3.5
