Integrating with a webpage

First of all let me apologize if this is in the wrong forum, and also if there have been similar posts before, as I was unable to find any.
Anyway, is there a way for me to integrate the latest additions of a specific album from my gallery onto a scrolling marquee on an html webpage, allowing visitors to see the latest additions to the album before they even open the gallery?
Hope this has made sense. And I appreciate any help you give.
