Problem with the thumbnails

Hi! I'm new and I don't know exactly the information that you need... do you need my admin account's user and password? If that's the case please tell me.

The strangest thing happens to me uploading images. My server doesn't admit imagemagik, so I have to use the GD. But When I batch the images, I can't see the thumbnails, although the images go into the albums... even when the "ok" sign doesn't appear, a lot of "x" do. But when I upload files from the same folder, I can see the thumbnails of the already uploaded pictures... I tried changing the thumbnail program but it doesn't work, and I'm kind of desperate.

Please, tell me what else you need to help me, and I'll provide it.
