how i can remove "user Galleries"

Hi, good nights,  two days ago i dont understand but appear in my coppermine gallery a "new" called
User galleries
This category contains albums that belong to Coppermine users.
But i dont use user categories how i can remove this to dissappear from the homepage.

Disallow your user to have personal galleries, then delete personal galleries they have created. When empty, the personal galleries (user galleries) won't be displayed.

i have to disallow my administrator user to have personal galleries?  This category ( personal galleries ) its empty i dont use never and now appear.
