Hi,
i have recently upgraded to cpg1.4.9, but still users and administrators never receive emails for activate new users.
ecards function fine.
what can i do?

check your Bulk , junk folders in case of thoes mail mark as spam

I tried to register a new user but got a message I don't understand... maybe something to do with waiting for admin approval. Have you checked the email address set for gallery admin in Config and also the address for the designated administrator (in the profile)?

Hi, Thanks for the answer.
- mail are not in bulk or junk mail. the email addresses for the primary administrator and the delegated admins are right.
- i tried to check the "forgot password" function: it says: the messagge cannot be sent, please check the email addres. but i can receive the "forgot password" email.
the postcard function works good.
i have another coppermine on my server, but here there is no problem.
