Are there any guidelines for submitting a theme?

Is there anywhere I can go to learn how to submit a theme, or do we just post here and see where it goes?

Just zip it and attach it to your posting. A moderator will then move the thread if applicable (leaving a redirection thread, so you know where your thread went to). Looking forward to your contribution.
