Can't get in to work

Okay, i think ive installed the mod now but i cant see any changes
1. I've put the Stamm dir in /mypathtocoppermine/plugins/Stamm dir/
2. I've run the update in /mypathtocoppermine/update.php and everything seemed to work
3. nothing has happened when im opening /mypathtocoppermine/index.php
i have the language Swedish and i cant get it to be changed.
Can someone tell me exactly what to do to get Stramm Mod to work?

Modpack is a moded version of coppermine it isn't plugin it is a moded CPG you need to install it as a gallery ...

okay,  i have now copied everything to one map, first coppermine then the mod, still not working

What's a map? I mean, I know of course what a map is in real life, but your use in this aspect indicates that you might have made something wrong in extracting the files and replacing the coppermine core files with the modpack files.

okay, now i've first extracted the coppermine files, then i uploaded the mod to the same folder and copied over the files. and now i cant see any difference, and do i have to change language to english? and how do i do this?

Why are you keep coping modpack over standard CPG? You don't need to do that!!!
It's a gallery by it self with some add on , just create a new folder and copy modpack files under that folder and install it

No, the modpack is not a complete gallery. You have to replace your existing files with ones from the package and then run update.php

i'm sorry if i am being annoying but i really like this mod. Do i have to change the language to activate something in the mod? ... if i have only installed the mod, i wont see any difference, because i don't.
And when i try to change language to english nothing happens..
