Looking for plugin to organize documentation

Dear all, I would like to put on the frontpage links to the rules of my site as well various information about tecniques. Can you tell me if there is any plugin that allow me to do that ?

You can edit themes/your theme/theme.php and add more button to $template_sub_menu or $template_sys_menu

There's no plugin available though. All available plugins are listed already. Moving thread accordingly from the board "cpg1.4 plugins" to the sub-board that deals with theming.
Actually, you'll want to modify your theme (as bmossavari suggested). It's even easier to display static links to content outside of coppermine by adding your links to themes/yourtheme/template.html
