possibility while upgrading 1.4.2 to 1.4.9 ?

HI

i have my CPG installed at  www.pindiplus.com/cpg/


i have CPG 1.4.2  and i am thinking of upgrading to 1.4.9 as advised.
I dont have FTP access and manual upload is very lengthy process.


IF i backup following of my currents gallery's (1.4.2)
1--- include/config.inc.php
2--- anycontent.php
3--- Template i use
4-- FOLDER ALBUMS
5-- SQL database

then i delete the FOLDER CPG from www.pindiplus.com/cpg/

and then upload zipped CPG 1.4.9 and unzip it AS IT IS TO www.pindiplus.com/cpg/

From this new CPG 1.4.9

1--if i remove the Install.php file
2--remove the ALBUMS folder


And i copy and overwrite
1--- include/config.inc.php
2--- anycontent.php
3--- Template i use
4-- FOLDER ALBUMS

and then run Update.php ..

WIll this work theoratically?

Yes it worked as i thought.
