new feature: invite friends

I was thinking that it would be nice to find a way to invite friends to visit our photo albums. So maybe the developing group could add a new feature and give us the option to invite our friends (by email)

I second Stramm's notion: I never use such features on other webpages, because I'm afraid that the email address I enter might be abused by the owners of the site for spamming.
Imo everybody should be capable to copy'n paste an URL and use your email app to send that link.

You might want to take a look at the outdated mod "Tell a friend about this album " though.

this is exactly what I was thinking about. Is it something each of us should do manually or could it be considered in a future version?
As for the ecard, it is a way indeed to tell people about your album.
