I saw the problem/solution thread you did with the other guy about the Relative path thing and I am having a similiar problem.

But I am typing the path correctly and it still gives me the same error:

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and vB 3.6:
* ../forums/includes/config.php doesn't exist. Correct the value you entered for Relative path to your BBS's config file

Coppermine install: http://www.dnbguild.com/media/gallery/
Forum install: http://www.dnbguild.com/forums/
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.9
Forum version: vBulletin 3.6

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.dnbguild.com/forums
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forums/
Use post-based groups?:  never get this far
This path does indeed exist.  I am looking right at it on my FTP server.  I have closed my broswer, cleared cookies, refreshed pages.  The paths are correct.  For whatever reason the bridger is not seeing this, or something is going on here.

Does coppermine not like the path?  What else could be the problem?

Nibbler

That is not the correct path. The path is ../../forums

Thanks.  Got past that now.

But now onto a newer problem.  I have a login loophole now.  The intergration is not complete.  The bridging still shows as disabled.  When I go to Admin Tools and select "Enable", a "Finish" button appears.  When I click it a "Start Bridging Wizard" button appears.

When I click that I get taken to a page with a box that says:

QuoteBridge Manager: emergency recovery

If you came here to administer the BBS integration of your Coppermine gallery, you have to log in first as admin. If you can not log in because bridging doesn't work as expected, you can disable BBS integration with this page. Entering your username and password will not log you in, it will only disable BBS integration. Refer to the documentation for details.

Below it is a login box, which after I use it says:

QuoteAuthorization successful

You have successfully disabled BBS bridging. Your Coppermine install runs now in standalone mode.
Log in as admin to edit your bridge settings and/or enable BBS integration again.

And then I am back at square one, with bridging still disabled, and no way to enable it.

For clarification, when I first saw this box the first thing I did was log completely out of the gallery and relogin.  I did not use this box.  I used the regular user interface.  Once during this process, it actually sent me to my forum to login.  This doesnt erase the fact that it is not integrated and I cannot enable it though.

What to do now?
