Hi all,

i have uploaded and installed the gallery, then ich have created some categories and want to include the gallery to my PHPKit ....

Now, i can login as admin, but there is no option to change to Admin-mode .....

Need help

hyperion

The admin mode link is only used to get out of user mode.  If you can see the admin bar (Approvals, Groups, Config, Batch Resize, Batch Upload, etc), then you are in admin mode already.
"Then, Fletch," that bright creature said to him, and the voice was very kind, "let's begin with level flight . . . ."

Thats the final problem, i don´t see any kind of that stuff ....

If i would like to log on admin.php ---> You haven´t the permission to enter the page ....but the User"admin" is the only user .......

I guess you can't in fact log in as admin - even though you can visit http://yoursite.com/coppermine/login.php and enter your username and password, you're probably told in the next step "Welcome User_name", but on the next page you don't see the admin controls. This is surely a cookie issue: make sure your browser is configured properly to accept coppermine's cookie (in IE, use "tools" - "internet options" - "privacy" to set the proper level of cookie acceptance). There are also known issues with IE, try deleting all cookie from your browsers cache and login again, or try using a different browser (Opera is recommended, for example), or even a different machine. Also make sure to temporarily disable all third-party software on your client that might influence internet activities (like personal firewalls, cookie blockers etc.). If you're absolutely sure that it isn't a client-related problem, there might be something fishy with your coppermine cookie config. As you can't log in to edit the cookie settings with the proper coppermine controls, you should use a tool like phpMyAdmin to check the config table on your database.

P.S. Post a link to your site, so we can have a look...
