Change background colour of Category - PLEASE CLOSE THIS TOPIC

Hi,

My work in progress CPG is at

very pleased i am too with it.. 

I would like to [as you can see] chenage the background colour of the category description.
As you can see I have managed the description bit, but failed in trying to get the albums and files cells chnaged..

I assume its because i did it arse over tit - and missed the obvious way -

My goal is to have each different category either witha diff back colour acroos the whole page ie inc # of albums and files , or bordered.
