I have Coppermine 1.4.8 installed. It is bridged to phpBB 2.0.19. When a logged-in user adds a photo to the 'favorites,' the Coppermine appears to lose the log in. The 'Log in' button re-appears at the top instead of the user information. If the user clicks the 'log in' button, it takes the user to the Discussion Forum and displays the user as being 'logged in.'

Is there a fix for this problem?

Thanks,

gchancy

Set your forum's cookie domain to .ststephenoca.com to allow the cookies to work across the subdomain.

I changed the cookie domain name, and that made no difference. The problem persists. Any other idea?

It's working fine for me !!!
Clear your cookie and try again

It should work. The issue is that you are browsing the gallery using www.ststephenoca.com but you set just ststephenoca.com in CPG config. You should try to be consistant with which you use.

I changed the cookie domain back to www.ststephenoca.com and still no luck. I have tried this on three different boxes and three different browsers, all with the same results. After selecting a picture to be a 'favorite', the 'Login' button appears at the top of my forum. If I use my Discussion Forum linked image at the top to go over to the Form, then it shows that I am logged in. If I then return to the gallery using the linked image, then I am logged in just fine.

Is there something else that anyone would suggest? I have cleared the cookies, and the results are the same.

Little point in suggesting anything else, I already gave you the solution.
